Thomas Shaughnessy, PT, DPT, CWS

Dr. Shaughnessy graduated from Neumann University Doctoral Physical Therapy program in 2012.  From there, he worked at Lehigh Valley Health Network for 11 years in their acute care wound care department. In 2021, TJ earned his Certified Wound Specialist certification from the American Board of Wound Management.  He has experience with a wide variety of wounds, including chronic, traumatic, surgical, vascular, post-operative, non-healing and amputations.  Thomas is a published clinician (link below to peer reviewed journal publication), who has presented at the national Physical Therapy conference 5 times.  He is also an adjunct professor for Moravian University Doctoral PT Program and a Graduate Assistant for Neumann University Doctoral PT Program.

Dr. Shaughnessy got his undergraduate in Business and Economics from Ursinus College with a minor in Exercise and Sports Science.  Thomas played collegiate baseball and after graduation moved to Bethlehem, where he currently resides with his wife and two daughters.  In his free time, he enjoys anything outdoors, exercising, seeing live music and traveling.

Nicole Lindquist, PT, DPT, CWS
Wound Care Therapist

Dr. Nicole Lindquist grew up in Southern NJ. She graduated from Stockton University with her BS in Biology and Minor in Holistic Health in 2012. She continued her studies and attained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stockton University in 2014. Following graduation, Nicole moved to PA and began working for Lehigh Valley Health Network in the acute care PT department. It was there where she began her career in wound care nine years ago and continues to practice to this day. She has been working as a burn therapist in the LVHN Regional Burn unit since 2015 and as a wound care therapist since 2016.  She has experience in treating a variety of both acute and chronic wounds including surgical and traumatic wounds. Nicole earned her Certified Wound Specialist certification in June 2024.

 

Nicole currently lives in Pennsburg with her husband, two sons, dog, and three cats. She loves to travel and be outside with her family. Throughout high school and college, Nicole competed in track and field as a thrower and long-distance runner. She has been SCUBA diving since she was 16 years old and has been diving off the coasts of North Carolina, Florida, New Jersey, and Hawaii. Nicole continues to stay active through running, biking, swimming, hiking, gardening and keeping up with her family.

Sara Coffin
Office Manager

Sara Coffin graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a major in Rehabilitative Services and a minor in Psychology. She has extensive experience in business and office management in health care. 

 

She currently lives in Bethlehem with her husband and daughter, two cats (Ginger and Dakota) and goldendoodle Xander.  In her free time, she enjoys working in her garden, knitting and camping with her family.  She loves watching sports and is a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Duke University basketball.  She hopes to retire at the beach one day.
